About Scafé

Scafé is the student training restaurant of SCAFA, Dubai’s School of Culinary and Finishing Arts.

It is where advanced students hone their skills under the close supervision of our chef instructors, develop their culinary talents to fine dining standards, and learn menu development, including the choices on this menu.

Our specials are planned and prepared fresh everyday and we hope your enjoyment is enhanced by the knowledge that your patronage has contributed to the learning and development of future chefs.
